What is microneedling?
Microneedling is a cosmetic beauty treatment designed to stimulate your body’s natural healing response and the production of elastin and collagen for smoother, tighter, firmer, and younger-looking skin.

What is microneedling with PRP?
Microneedling with PRP combines microneedling with platelet-rich plasma therapy (PRP) for optimal facial rejuvenation. It’s also called the vampire face-lift, and, in some cases, it can include hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to enhance the results.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
Plasma is a liquid found in your blood. Your blood also contains platelets and red and white blood cells. The platelets contain growth factors that are particularly beneficial for healing injuries and stimulating the regeneration of cells.
PRP is plasma that’s rich in platelets, so it contains more platelets than what’s usually present in your blood.
To obtain the PRP, your provider uses a centrifugation process to concentrate the growth factors in-office in a special machine until they’re around 5-10 times richer than normal.
Your provider draws your blood from your arm and separates and concentrates the platelets in a centrifuge machine. After the centrifugation process, your provider blends the highly concentrated platelets with your remaining blood and injects the solution into the treatment area. Your provider can usually administer multiple injections in just one session.
